In a cabinet session chaired by President Rouhani;

Health Ministry allowed to import 1000 ambulances/ Executive regulations for buying and selling Islamic bonds approved/ Standard system strengthening, development regulations approved

The Council of Ministers convened on Sunday evening in a session that was chaired by President Hassan Rouhani and authorised the Ministry of Health and Medical Education to import 1000 Toyota ambulances.

The cabinet also approved the executive regulations for buying and selling Islamic bonds.

Another issue that was discussed and approved by the cabinet was the strengthening and development of the standard system regulations.

Also, according to the above regulation, the Iranian National Standards Organisation may use the testing laboratory services and domestic and foreign certified accreditation tests in compliance with relevant laws and regulations for testing of domestic, imported and exported samples and metrological equipment.

The government agreed to amend the imposition of exchange rate differentials for importers of goods in order to implement the Administrative Justice Court's decision regarding it.

The Council of Ministers agreed with amending the executive regulations for removing restrictions on expanding the scope of new, unfinished, ready-to-use schemes, as well as extending government assistance to all types of private sector in implementing these plans and schemes.

With the aim of regulating and concentrating monetary and banking advertising within the framework of precise regulations, the government adopted regulations on monetary and banking advertising.

According to another by-law approved by the government, all relevant agencies in cities with more than 50,000 people are required to implement per capita greenfield development measures under the supervision of the Ministry of Interior.

Hunting and fishing regulations were also amended by the Council of Ministers.
