We are all from Allah and to Him we shall return (Holy Quran)

The passing of warrior cleric Haj Sheikh Gholamreza Hassani, former Representative to Supreme Leader in West Azerbaijan province and former Friday Prayer’s Imam of Urmia, caused great grief and sorrow.

This hard-working and popular cleric, who was among the forerunners of Imam Khomeini’s (RA) movement, played an effective role in consolidation of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic by taking part in various stages.

I hereby offer my condolences to the Supreme Leader, seminaries, and especially the appreciative people of West Azerbaijan and his bereaved family and wish them patience and health, praying for his mercy.
